Works great on nexus 10 running cm10.1 nightly thank you! I had to edit files after updating ROM now I don't have to, appreciate your work. Just wondering because I'm trying to get it to work on my HP Touchpad with CM10 and the signed versions I have found for the tablet are around 5mb and yours its just under 2.

You can access your cable service through the app and you can save money on that extra box. The web portal will also be revamped in May, and Android users should expect an update in Q2 with access to streaming away from home. From what we've heard, streaming over 3G / 4G will be limited to Verizon Wireless until Q4, but all users will be able to access the video streams over WiFi. Through our app a customer may enter and submit a service request without needing to place a call. If a phone call is necessary, the app provides a quick link to request a return phone call for anything related to service, maintenance or management.

I got the full story on Time Warner's update when I got to work at DISH yesterday. It's cool that Time Warner is finally offering some streaming outside the home, but who wants to watch the TV Guide channel? I watch a ton of different teams in many different sports, but I'm not always home to watch them on TV. I use the DISH Anywhere app to stream ALL of my live TV channels or DVR recordings while I'm away from home; it works on any 3g, 4g or WIFI network I have access to, so I can watch my teams no matter what channel they air on anywhere I go. Lastly, if you have a streaming player, like Roku, or a Samsung Smart TV, you may not even need more than one cable box anymore.

Similar to the latest TWC TV launch for iOS, customers can also access select On Demand and live TV channels on the go over any WiFi connection. This update also includes performance enhancements and improvements to live TV mini guide to improve the overall user experience. It seems like a solid update, if not limit pushing.
Twc app keeps saying im away from home
It's like trying to change the source code of an exe file written in C++). I can probably change a few things here and there but it might not solve your problem. XDA Developers was founded by developers, for developers.
Since you said you had changed video decoders I tried your [8.1] and [8.2] hoping it would change, but didn't make any difference with my problem. OK i've modified the app with a library that should support your platform. Please let me know how/if it works and if it doesn't, then a logcat will be helpful. Thanks, don't have time to try both of these apps but I will try them both out later on my Nvidia Shield Tv Pro and let you know how things go... It's the last version provided by the AWESOME Developer on this thread but, I just slightly changed the App Name and Icon. Also - if you are going to post this elsewhere please leave the readme file with the zip - or at least mention me in your credits - if not I won't patch/release this anymore.

Doesn't the app respond to the navigation and select buttons on the FTV remote? I don't care about controlling my DVR via this app because it is a TiVo. I already use the TWC TV app on my iPad and I know the DVR control functions don't work . All I want to do is browse, select and watch my channel lineup.

It may happen that APN on your phone might not be working properly. If that doesn't work then please remove VPN completely, restart your phone and check for it. Once you do that, you will have to check for your Internet Settings and might have to reset it. It's recommended to disable any VPN services if you are using one. When VPN is activated on your mobile phone, it can lead to no connectivity or data connection errors. Not all networks support VPN and these settings can mess up your phone's internet settings.
Digital technology continues to help us improve just about every aspect of our lives. I see a mouse pointer on your screen, at least on my fire tv, same as if you use the app in a phone, a single tap over the video will switch the image to landscape and hide the channel list. Once in landscape mode, a single tap will switch it back to the portrait . I think i mentioned it earlier, but I no longer have Cable services with TWC, only internet. But I'm starting to get back into developing and if you guys are still interested, I can start releasing new versions of the app.

It is now a valuable resource for people who want to make the most of their mobile devices, from customizing the look and feel to adding new functionality. I am running on an MXQ(Amlogic S805 Cortex-A5) android tv box, and everything is working great, but the video is jerky. Best I can tell, it looks like it is moving 2 frames ahead then 1 frame back. Any static portions of the picture are fine, but any portion that moves, kind of oscillates back and forth as it moves.
No replies are needed, just like this post and I'll know you're interested. Now if you want the app faster and bug-free for sure then i'd need an account to work on. Someone in the past allowed me to use one, but now he doesn't have TWCTV either lol. If it works for you then i'll update the main thread with this version.

Aditya started off in the world of smartphones with a first generation iPhone, until he realized what he was doing and quickly switched to Android. He then got an HTC Aria, followed by a Samsung Captivate, and today he is a proud Samsung Galaxy S III owner. Aside from writing for Talk Android, he occasionally writes for the Tennessee Titans blog MusicCityMiracles.com, as is a huge Titans fan. In addition to the Titans, Aditya also loves all Pitt Panthers teams, the Nashville Predators, Memphis Grizzlies, and Pittsburgh Pirates. Wanted to thank you for all your good work and don't want to interfere with your work on RainGater's problem, but since you were changing video decoders, thought you might have some insight into my problem. I DO NOT provide support via PM unless asked/requested by myself.
After you download the app and log in using your TWC ID, you can stream live shows, scroll through an interactive guide, choose from over 16,000 video on demand titles or manage your DVR and settings remotely. "We were the first provider to bring live television to the iPad in the home," said Mike Angus, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Video for Time Warner Cable. TWC TV content is now available while away from their home and features over 1,100 hours of On Demand TV shows and movies from 26 top-rated networks and up to 11 live TV news, sports and entertainment channels.
